Even most of the Trump supporters I know didn’t seem too fond of him, so I doubt that many are sad to see him go. Most people like our national parks and clean water.

One can only hope. And by now, he has almost certainly siphoned-off as much money as he could from either our public funds or through his lobbyist connections, probably both, so that when he gets out after the insultingly mild finger-wagging sentence he gets to serve (if at all, and that is an enormous IF), he’ll be set for the rest of his natural life and then some.

But that is not ‘corruption’. He was smart, and used the system to his benefit. So it’s all perfectly okay...
